How to access rehabilitation services

You can access rehabilitation services at Warners Bay Private Hospital in several ways:

After a hospital stay:

If you have had a stay in Warners Bay Private Hospital or an acute hospital for a surgery or another acute event, you can choose to take part in rehabilitation at Warners Bay Private Hospital. Simply ask your medical team to refer you to Warners Bay Private Hospital after your acute treatment. A member of our experienced assessment team will come to visit you to arrange your transfer.

Through your General Practitioner or specialist:

You can also be referred to our day rehabilitation program by asking your GP or specialist for a referral to one of our Rehabilitation Specialists. A member of our team will then call you to organise an appointment. Please call the Day Program Administrative Team on 02 4935 3889 for further information or download a referral form.

For day rehabilitation programs, please contact the Day Program Administrative Team on 02 4935 3889.  Referrals must be from a medical doctor and can be emailed or faxed to the Day Rehabilitation Unit via:
